The seminar for the backbone teachers of three academies - China executive Leadership Academy, Pudong(CELAP), China executive Leadership Academy, Jinggangshan(CELAJ), and China executive Leadership Academy, Yan’an, (CELAY) on improving the quality of featured courses on Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era was held at CELAY. It was organized by the Cadre Training Bureau, Organization Department of CPCCC with the purpose of studying and implementing the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of CPC. The deputy director of the Cadre Training Bureau, Organization Department of CPCCC, Zhang Hongtao, and the Vice President of CELAJ Kuang Sheng attended the seminar.

In the motivation speech of the opening ceremony, Zhang Hongtao stressed the great significance of studying and implementing the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of CPC; urged to well publicize the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of CPC; made all-around improvement of the quality of the featured coursed on Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era; kept advancing the innovation and usage of the Party theory; strove to foster fine Marxist style of learning, and devoted great efforts to the learning.

The seminar earnestly applied the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the guiding principles on improving cadre training by Xi Jinping, the Vice President of CELAJ Kuang Sheng said. It took hold of the key points of high-quality development and reform of the three academies and it was of great importance to the improvements of cultivating featured brands, enhancement of core competitiveness and the realization of high-quality development of the three academies.

The seminars invited experts and scholars to give themed lectures from diverse perspectives on the world view and methodology of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the learning and implementation of the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of CPC. The backbone teachers showed and exchanged experience on the fine courses, and participated in group discussion, team debate and experience sharing activities on prompting the innovation of Party theory in the new era and making the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of CPC into teaching.
