General Office
Main responsibilities: Assist academy leaders in handling daily affairs, coordinate administrative affairs, and undertake the drafting of important documents; Organize meetings and supervise the implementation of decisions made at meetings; Undertake asset management, financial management, auditing, infrastructure and other work, responsible for the construction and management of academy library, photography, videography and computer networks; Undertake information technology support work; Undertake secretarial work, document management, confidential and security duties.
Department of Teaching Affairs
Main Responsibilities: Undertake the comprehensive management of teaching work, formulate plans and programs for training, teaching, teaching material compilation, as well as discipline construction plans; Undertake the teaching design and curriculum development; Conduct supervision and inspection of teaching activities, and be in charge of the supervision, evaluation and feedback of teaching quality; Undertake policy research on cadre training, and implement and coordinate teaching reform work; Undertake the coordination work in teaching and training aspects with the Party School of the CPC Central Committee (National Academy of Governance).
Department of Training
Main Responsibilities: Undertake the organization and implementation of cadre training; Be responsible for the management of trainees' academic records and archives; Participate in the monitoring of teaching quality; Undertake the ideological and political work of trainees, and be responsible for the daily management of trainees as well as the organization and implementation of relevant activities.
Department of International Exchange and Training Development
Main responsibilities: Undertake the communication work with training institutions abroad; Contact and arrange for the implementation of independent enrollment, entrusted training programs, and international cooperation seminars.
Department of Teaching and Science Research (Case Development Center)
Main responsibilities: Undertake teaching, research and consultation work related to Party history, Party building, and basic national conditions; Organize the compilation of relevant textbooks and teaching reference materials; Undertake the research, collection, compilation and promotion of case textbooks; Edit CELAJ journal and related periodicals; Be responsible for the recruitment, management and teaching evaluation of part-time teachers; Be responsible for the organization and management of the scientific research work.
Department of Human Resources (Party Committee of the Institution)
Main responsibilities: Be responsible for the institutional setup and staff management; formulate and organize the implementation of the development plan for the teaching staff, and organize the professional assessment and appointment of full-time teachers; Be responsible for the Party building work, ideological and political work, as well as the work related to trade unions, youth leagues, and women's committees. Undertake the specific tasks of academy’s spiritual civilization construction and the construction of a learning-oriented academy; Undertake academy’s discipline inspection and supervision work.
