Curriculum

In accordance with the unified arrangements of the Cadre Education Bureau (College Work Office) of the Organization Department of the Central Committee, CELAJ has formulated the "Featured Curriculum System and Curriculum Catalogue" and carried out dynamic update management. Adhering to the guidance of the Party's innovative theories, it deeply explores red resources, develops social practice cases, and constructs the "three major curriculum systems" of the Party's innovative theory education, Party spirit education, and training of professional competence. A total of 357 courses of various types have been developed, and 166 of them are still being used in teaching. 30 courses have won awards in the evaluation of excellent courses for national cadre education and training and the selection of high-quality courses in the three cadre academies.

 

CELAJ has taken the in-depth study and implementation of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as its central theme and main focus. It comprehensively and systematically elucidates its scientific connotation, spiritual essence, and practical requirements, continuously promoting its integration into textbooks, classrooms, and minds. Currently, a series of courses have been developed, including Xi Jinping Thought on Economics, Xi Jinping Thought on Culture, and the important thoughts of General Secretary Xi Jinping on Party building and Self-revolution. These courses form a curriculum system from the dimensions of theory, history and practice.

 

Based on the principle of "combining the inheritance of red gene with the promotion of the spirit of the times", based on an in-depth exploration of revolutionary historical resources, the Party spirit education curriculum system for leading cadres in the new era to strengthen their ideals and beliefs, fulfill their original mission, inherit the red gene, and enhance their Party spirit cultivation is constantly improved. Giving full play to academy's resource advantages, focusing on themes such as "political ability, investigation and research ability, mass work ability, and struggle skills", efforts are made to develop case study courses, and improve training curriculum of professional competence.
