The Vice President of CELAJ and First Class Counsel Wang Jianxin visited Poyang county, the designated pair up poverty relief county, to publicize the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of CPC. With plain words, Wang Jianxin introduced to the party cadres and villagers the milestone significance of the work of party in the past five years and the great changes in the first decade of the New Era, expounded the worldview and methodology in Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, explained The New Journey of the New Era-----Missions and Tasks of the Communist Party of China, and urged the party cadres to learn and implement the guiding principles in all areas and stages of the grass root work. Wang Jianxin visited the local fruit and vegetable industry base, speical industry belt, Jiangxi Poyang Lake Museum, Waxieba immigrant Culture Center, Special industry base of Traditional Culture (old building) in Youdunjie township, and solicited opinions and advices on advancing the poverty relief work from local cadres and people.

During the visit, Wang Jianxin convened and presided over a symposium to deploy the implementation of the assistance plan in 2022 and the assistance plan for 2023.
