The Party branch of General Office organized a general meeting to learn the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of CPC on Oct. 31. Member of the academy council, and director of the General Office, Cheng Jisheng presided over and addressed the meeting.

The Report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China delivered by the general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, Xi Jinping, the guiding principles of the recent important instructions made by Xi Jinping, and the decision of studying, publicizing and implementing the guiding principles of the Party's 20th National Congress made by the CPC Central Committee were learned at the meeting.

Cheng Jisheng stressed that all the party members of the General Office should enhance political consciousness, and take studying, and implementing the guiding principles of the Party's 20th National Congress as the primary political task at present and for some time to come. Cheng Jisheng urged the participants to have a precise grasp of the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of CPC by systematical study, continual study, and study it word by word, and sentence by sentence; and learn it with combination of work, with practice, make measures to implement the guiding principles into practice.
