CELAJ held a seminar to learn and implement the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of CPC during Nov. 14 and 19. The Executive Vice President of CELAJ Mei Liming made a motivation speech, the Vice President of CELAJ Ke Hua made a conclusion speech, the faculty, and the managing personnel above the middle level of the Logistics Management Center attended the seminar.

In the motivation speech, Mei Liming profoundly expounded the great significance of learning and implementing the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of CPC, and called on taking it as a primary political task for the academy at present and for some time to come. He urged the participants to have a precise grasp of the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of CPC and use it to guide our work and practice.

The seminar was conducted through on-line Party School platform, via distance teaching of the courses on learning and implementing the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of CPC from Party School of CPC Central Committee (Chinese Academy of Governance). The seminars consisted of 16 lectures which systematically and comprehensively interpreted the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of CPC from the perspectives of The Work of the Past Five Years and the Great Changes in the First Decade of the New Era, A New Frontier in Adapting Marxism to the Chinese Context and the Needs of the Times, and so on.

It was unanimously agreed that through the seminar, the participants had a deeper understanding of the significance of the 20th National Congress of CPC, and have a better command of the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of CPC; had a better grasp of the decisive significance of establishing Comrade Xi Jinping’s core position on the Party Central Committee and in the Party as a whole and establishing the guiding role of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and enhanced capability in using Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to guide our work and practice. It broadened our mind, and provided inspiration, reference, and foundation for us to prompt the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of CPC into textbooks, into classroom and into brain.
