A Delegation of CELAJ participates in training program in Switzerland
At the invitation of University of Applied Science & Arts Northwestern Switzerland(FHNW), a delegation of 24 members of CELAJ staff participated in the training program of “Leadership Training and Development” in Switzerland during Aug. 14 and Aug. 26, 2016.
The delegation attended lectures on Switzerland and leadership, such as History of Switzerland, General and Professional education in Switzerland, political system in Switzerland & public administration, training for government employees in canton’s and municipal levels, human resource management in Switzerland, Organization of Swiss government structure, competitivity and innovation, the Swiss way at FHNW and visited the world famous leadership school IMD business school, Swiss Parliament, ICRC(International Committee of the Red Cross), Swiss Army, and the Chinese embassy in Berne.
