The Party School of the Communist Party of China Central Committee (National Academy of Governance) on Friday held an opening ceremony for its 2024 spring semester. Chen Xi, the president of the school and academy, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. In his speech, Chen urged leading cadres to deepen their understanding of the Party's self-reform constantly.
  Chen Xi stressed that the Party’s self-reform theory developed by Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, profoundly answered the important questions of why our Party should reform ourselves, why our party can reform ourselves, and how to reform ourselves. The theory absorbed the rich practical experience and new theoretic gains in the new era. It made innovative contribution to the Marxist party building, set guides to embarking on new level of Party’s self-reform, and gave Chinese wisdom and approach to the management of parties around the world. Chen also called on them to translate what they learn into real action to advance their work, and to consciously set an example for self-reform.
  Trainees of ongoing training programs at China Executive Leadership Academy, Pudong, China Executive Leadership Academy, Jinggangshan, and China Executive Leadership Academy, Yan’an attended the ceremony via teleconference simultaneously.
