The Academy Council held 3rd meeting in 2024 on Feb. 26 to convey and study the guiding principles of Xi Jinping's important speeches and instructions. The Vice President of CELAJ Ke Hua presided over the meeting, the Vice President of CELAJ and first-Class Counsel Wang Jianxin, member of the Academy Council Cheng Jisheng, and member of the Academy Council Xiao Huaxiao attended the meeting. The directors of the departments of the academy were present.
The important speeches delivered by Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, at the third plenary session of the 20th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the CPC, at the fourth meeting of the Central Commission for Financial and Economic Affairs, at the fourth meeting of the central commission for deepening overall reform of the 20th CPC Central Committee, and at the opening ceremony of the study session on boosting the high-quality development of the financial sector attended by principal officials at the provincial and ministerial levels were conveyed at the meeting. The participants studied the important speeches delivered by Xi Jinping at the 11th group study session of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee, at his inspection tour to Tianjing before the Spring Festival, and important instructions on Political and Legal Affairs, and the shop fire in Xinyu city. 
The meeting called for integrating thought and action with the guiding principles of the important speeches delivered by Xi Jinping, upholding advancing the study and grasp of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era at the campus; taking solid action in making preparation for the opening of new semester and eradicate potential hazards timely; scientifically arrange the teaching resources and continuously enhancing teaching quality and level; staying committed to spend every penny in the right places.
