On December 21, Mr. Chng Tze Chia, Consul General of the Republic of Singapore in Xiamen, visited CELAJ.

Ke Hua, vice President of CELAJ, and Xiao Huaxiao, member of academy Council and Director of the Department of Foreign Exchange and Training Development, accompanied visit. 

Ke Hua introduced the development history of academy, characteristics of academy running and the effectiveness in recent years. Both sides exchanged views on further cooperation on talent training and academic exchange.
