In order to practice the original aspiration of "educating talents for the Party and offering ideas for the Party" , and further accurately grasp training demands, Xiao Huaxiao, member of academy council and director of foreign exchange and training development department, carried out teaching research at CRRC Zhuzou Locomotive Company from September 18 to 19. 

Xiao Huaxiao inspected the innovative Party brand in primary Party organization, carried out discussion on Party building, centralized lesson preparation mechanism, project system management of Party building and solicited suggestions on training content, courses, routes, etc.
