On July 17, CELAJ held meeting to promote the transformation of investigation and rectification of theoretical study program. The meeting was presided over by Mei Liming, executive vice president of CELAJ. Wang Hui, head of the Ninth Steering Group for theoretical study program of Jiangxi attended and delivered a speech. Vice presidents of CELAJ Kuang Sheng, Ke Hua and Wang Jianxin, members of academy council Cheng Jisheng and Xiao Huaxiao attended the meeting and took turns to make stalemates. 

Mei Liming said that since the launch of the academy's theoretical study program, Jiangxi Ninth Steering Group for theoretical study program has carefully guided the mobilization and deployment meeting, reading seminar, central group learning, investigation, research and rectification. Progress and positive results have been achieved.

This promotion meeting is a centralized review of the results of academy's theoretical study investigation and research, and a discussion on the measures for academy’s high-quality development. We should earnestly study and grasp Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and to master the worldview and methodology of this scientific thought. We should be good at applying the stand, viewpoints and methods in the thought to analyzing problems, and improve understanding of the Party’s basic theory, guideline and policy. It is necessary to deepen investigation and research, further improve the research results, further grasp the transformation and application of research results, and further promote the normalization and long-term development of investigation and research.

Wang Hui affirmed the achievements in the transformation of investigation results and rectification work, and put forward specific requirements for carrying out next step. He said that academy insisted on making good use of the investigation and research, combined with the actual development of academy, turning "research direction" into "problem orientation", finding out "key things" and "key words", turning the "problem list" into "satisfied list". Next, academy should vigorously promote pragmatic style, do a good job in investigation and research, work hard to identify facts, take concrete measures, and seek tangible results, so as to ensure that the work is carried out on a solid foundation and in a down-to-earth manner. Taking theoretical study program as an opportunity, we should make further progress in investigation and research.
