CELAJ held a meeting to celebrate the 102nd founding anniversary of Communist Party of China on Jun. 30. The Managing Vice President of CELAJ Mei Liming attended the meeting and gave a themed party lecture. The Vice President of CELAJ Kuang Sheng presided over the meeting. The Vice President of CELAJ Ke Hua, the Vice President of CELAJ and first-Class Counsel Wang Jianxin, Member of the academy council and director of General Office of CELAJ Cheng Jisheng attended the meeting. All the party members of the academy participated in the meeting. 

13 outstanding CPC member, 10 outstanding Party affairs workers, 2 advanced Party Branches, 21 outstanding working staff, and 3 outstanding organizers (assistants) of training programs were commended at the meeting.

Mei Liming gave a party lecture themed on the Party’s researches during Central Soviet Area and its time value. He illustrated the theme from the perspectives of Mao Zedong’s research during Central Soviet Area, other party leaders’ research during Central Soviet Area, the leading cadres’ research methods during Central Soviet Area, features of the leading cadres’ research, the time value of the research during the central Soviet Area.

Mao Zedong and other CPC leaders during Central Soviet Area devoted great effort to research, and set a good example of integrating theory with practice and conducting research. Mao Zedong set forth “No investigation, No right to speak”, and General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed that “Investigation is a heirloom of our party, and the basic skill for our work”. Investigation became an important magic weapon for our centenary causes of the party. During the new era, carrying forward the good conduct of conducting investigation lies in investigation is the basic for decision-making, a basic link to transform the conduct of the party. The party cadres should cultivate scientific thinking and working methods through conducting investigation. As a main platform of cadre training, CELAJ should continuously enhance investigation capability, deepen understanding of the innovative theory of the party, make the process of investigation become the process of transforming theory to practice, process of transform conduct, deepen connection with the masses, enhance working capability, and make greater contribution to the high-quality development of cadre training.
