Arranged by International Department of the CPC Central Committee, CELAJ held on-line discussion with cadres of Cambodia FUNCINPEC Party. Liu Fuchun, professor of CELAJ Teaching and Research Center of Party building made a presentation on the topic of "Practice and experience of the Communist Party of China in close contact with the masses".

Liu Fuchun introduced from four aspects: "The Communist Party of China attaches great importance to close contact with the masses in theory", "the Communist Party of China keeps close contact with the masses in practice for the benefit of the people", "the Communist Party of China has always maintained a close bond with the people", and "the Communist Party of China has always adopted various methods to close contact with the masses"

After presentation, cadres of Cambodia FUNCINPEC Partyhad in-depth discussions with Professor Liu Fuchun on the major achievements made after the 18th CPC National Congress, the construction of primary-level Party organizations, and youth work.
