From March 7 to 17, Wang Jianxin, vice president of CELAJ, visited Guangxi and Guizhou to investigate red resources and cadre education. 

Wang Jianxin visited Guangxi Baise Executive Leadership Academy, Guizhou Zunyi Executive Leadership Academy, Guizhou Changzheng Executive Leadership Academy and Guizhou Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China Organization Personnel Executive Leadership Academy, to have a comprehensive understanding of the founding process, school-running characteristics, management mode and infrastructure of these academies, and conducted a survey on logistics management.

Wang also visited on-site teaching sites and attended on-site teaching courses.
