On February 22, CELAJ held annual assessment and evaluation meeting, which was presided over by Mei Liming, vice president of CELAJ in charge of daily routine work.

Mei Liming, on behalf of academy council, summarized 2022 work and put forward the requirements of 2023. Other members of the group reported the work in turn. 

In 2022, leadership deeply studied and implemented Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and Party’s 20th National Congress spirit. Members have become more conscious of the need to maintain political integrity, think in big-picture terms, follow the leadership core, and keep in alignment with the central Party leadership. 

The construction of leadership is the key to the realization of Party’s fundamental task of moral cultivation, but also the key to the high quality development of academy. We should fully implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and Party’s 20th National Congress spirit, carry forward the great founding spirit of Party, stay confident and build strength, uphold fundamental principles, break new ground, and forge ahead with enterprise and fortitude. Teaching should be carried out around advancing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts, proposed at the Party’s 20th National Congress, to make progress in teaching and research, talent team and management service.
