The academy council held 13th meeting in 2022 to convey the guiding principles in the report delivered by General Secretary of CPCCC at the 20th National Congress of CPC, on Oct. 17. The meeting was presided over by the Executive Vice President of CELAJ Mei Liming, the Vice President of CELAJ Kuang Sheng, the Vice President of CELAJ Ke Hua, the Vice President of CELAJ and first-Class Counsel Wang Jianxin, member of the academy council Cheng Jisheng, member of the academy council Xiao Huaxiao, attended the meeting, and the directors of the departments of the academy were present.

It was agreed at the meeting that the report was profound with vivid theme, rich connotation, and broad vision. It was the guiding document of promoting the development of the party and the nation in the new era. The report was rich in Marxism verity and embodied strategic deployment of Chinese modernization, and showed bright future and blueprint for the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation.

The meeting called for taking learning and implementing the guiding principle of 20th National Congress of CPC as a major political task at present and a certain period in the future, and implement the deployment and objective requirement of the 20th National Congress of CPC into each work of the academy; upholding party school serving for the party, and guiding the faculty to follow closely the leadership of the party, resolutely supporting the Two Establishments, and Two Upholding; taking a deep grasp of the content and essence of the report of 20th National Congress of CPC, conducting teaching work related to course design, preparation and research, and advancing the guiding principles of 20th National Congress of CPC into textbook, classroom, and brain.
