On November 16, Party School of the Communist Party of China Central Committee (National Academy of Governance) held an opening ceremony for the second study program of the 2024 autumn semester. Chen Xi, president of Party School of the Communist Party of China Central Committee (National Academy of Governance), attended and delivered a speech, emphasizing the need to take Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as a guide, deeply study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on party spirit, persevere in strengthening party spirit cultivation, and make new and greater contributions to the Chinese path to modernization to promote the construction of a strong country and national rejuvenation.

Chen Xi stressed that General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on party spirit has deeply illustrated a series of major issues such as what is the party spirit of Chinese Communists, why it is necessary to strengthen party spirit cultivation, and how to strengthen party spirit cultivation, which has enriched and developed the Marxist theory of party building, further deepened our party's understanding of the laws of Marxist ruling party construction, and provided the fundamental follow for the whole party to continuously strengthen party spirit cultivation. After the opening ceremony, academy council of CELAJ held a meeting to study Chen Xi’s speech, and organized carders training at CELAJ and faculty to carry out seminars.
