On October 22, CELAJ held the 4th "Jinggang Forum" in 2024. Zhou Wenzhang, professor of  Central Party School (National School of Administration) and former vice president of the National School of Administration, delivered a lecture on "studying and implementing a series of new ideas, new perspectives and new judgments of General Secretary Xi Jinping on deepening reform". 

Carders of bureau-level taking part in the training seminar on "Inheriting the Red Gene, Continuing the Red Blood, and Strengthening Party Spirit Cultivation" at academy and faculty members participated.
