The academy council, in the 12th meeting in 2023 of the academy council on Oct. 8., conveyed and learned the guiding principles of Xi Jinping’s important speeches delivered at the reception to celebrate the 74th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, and the important instructions on General Office in the new era. The Managing Vice President of CELAJ Mei Liming presided over the meeting. The Vice President of CELAJ Kuang Sheng, the Vice President of CELAJ Ke Hua, the Vice President of CELAJ and first-Class Counsel Wang Jianxin, member of the academy council Cheng Jisheng, and member of the academy council Xiao Huaxiao attended the meeting. The directors of the departments of the academy were present.
  It was agreed at the meeting that General Secretary Xi Jinping’s inspiring speech firms up confidence, invigorates our spirit, to strive in unity to continuously overcome obstacles and surmounts difficulties to steadfastly march towards the grand goal of building a strong China and realizing national rejuvenation; the instructions on General Office set clear requirement on capability of work of the general office, set direction and make basic guidance for general office work.
  The meeting called for conscientiously studying the important speech and instructions of Xi Jinping, firmly upholding Comrade Xi Jinping’s core position on the Party Central Committee and in the Party as a whole and upholding the Central Committee’s authority and its centralized, unified leadership, and try to improve the general office work, and strive to make model organs.
