Member of the academy council and director of the International Exchange and Program Development Department, Xiao Huaxiao gave a party lecture themed on maintaining a global vision, for the party branch of International Exchange and Program Development Department on the morning of May 24.

Xiao Huaxiao illustrated the theme through maintaining a global vision is the requirement of Marxist value, the requirement of the fine traditional Chinese culture, the Historical Experience of the Party over the Past Century, and advancing high-quality development of International Exchange and Program Development work by maintaining a global vision.
