On April 9, CELAJ held the second Jinggang Forum in 2023. Shi Zhihong, former deputy director of the Policy Research Office of the CPC Central Committee, was invited to give lecture on “Systematically summarize the new era, comprehensively layout the new journey, forge ahead to open a new chapter”.

Shi Zhihong gave lectures from seven aspects, including the historical background, historical significance, major achievements and main framework of the 20th CPC National Congress. He systematically analyzed the goals, tasks and overall plans of comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese modernization, comprehensively building a modern socialist country, upholding the leadership of the Party and all-out effort to enforce strict Party discipline.
