The Managing Vice President of CELAJ Mei Liming convened and presided over a research meeting on talent building of the academy. Research is the root for decision making, the way for success, and a treasure of our party, Mei Liming said. General Secretary Xi Jinping attached great weight to research, and made a nice model for us. The research meeting is not only an arrangement of the education campaign, but also an important move for advancing high-quality development of the academy. The academy has made progress in talent building in the past years, but we still have our areas of weakness. We need to work together to further strengthen talent building work.

We have found our problems and suggestion of solving these problems, Mei Liming said after listening to what all the representatives said. The problems and advice are pertinent. We will analyze these problems and advice, and use new measures to achieve solid achievements.
