Recently, CELAJ held a meeting on drafting the development plan for 2023-2027. The Executive Vice President of CELAJ Mei Liming attended and addressed the meeting. The meeting was presided over by the vice president of CELAJ Ke hua. Member of the academy council Cheng Jisheng, member of the academy council Xiao Huaxiao, and some related personnel attended the meeting.

The plan determined the development of the academy in the next five years, Mei Liming pointed out.

Take the draft as a solid measure of implementing the principles in Xi Jinping’s import speech addressed at the meeting marking the 90th anniversary of the Party School of the CPC Central Committee and the opening ceremony of its 2023 spring semester, and an important opportunity of solving the bottleneck restricting the development of the academy and pushing forward high-quality development of the academy, Mei Said. 

Make full use of the scientific research achievement, the experience gained through the 20 years operation of the academy, when drafting the plan, Mei instructed.

Take notice of the diction, distinguishing the academy with colleges and universities, as well as administration institutions, Mei noted.

The draft should be problem-oriented and targeted oriented, Mei stressed.

Ke Hua concluded at the end of the meeting. He urged the participants to set timetable for the plan, make scientific measurement index system, transform the scientific research achievement into the plan, follow the principles and diction of the National Cadre Training Plan for 2023-2027, solicit opinions and suggestions from the faculty and staff as well as participants of the seminars of the academy.
