2022 marks the 40th anniversary of China's current Constitution. The ninth national Constitution Day falls on Dec. 4. CELAJ launched a weeklong campaign to improve public knowledge of the country’s constitution from Dec. 4.

The campaign focused not only on promoting the comprehensive implementation of the Constitution, but also studying, publicizing and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Xi Jinping Thought on rule of law, important remarks on constitution delivered by Xi jinping, and a series of laws, including the Civil Code, the Foreign Investment Law, the National Security Law and the National Supervision Law, were publicized through diverse forms and platforms.

The Constitution Week publicity campaign boosted the consciousness of rule of law of the faculty, andimproved their knowledge of law, creating a sound law-based environment for high-quality cadre training and high-level serving for the party and the national undertaking.
