On May 15th, Party School of Communist Party of China Central Committee (National Academy of Governance) held the opening ceremony for the second study program of the 2025 spring semester. Chen Xi, president of Party School of Communist Party of China Central Committee (National Academy of Governance)，CELAP, CELAJ and CELAY, attended and delivered a speech. He emphasized the need to deeply study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, earnestly study and understand General Secretary Xi Jinping's important remarks on strengthening the Party's work style construction, forge excellent work styles, practice the fundamental purpose, and make new and greater contributions to the cause of building a strong country and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

Chen Xi pointed out that General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important discourses on what and how to improve party’s  conduct under the new situation. These discourses have greatly deepened the Party's understanding of the laws of improving conduct and constitute an important part of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thoughts on Party building and the Party's self-revolution. Leading cadres should deeply comprehending the decisive significance of the "Two Establishes" and resolutely achieving the "Two Upholds," deepen their study and understanding of these important discourses, grasp their core essence, clarify practical requirements, promote the in-depth study and education on thoroughly implementing the spirit of the Central Committee's Eight-point Decision, and consciously become strong promoters of a sound political ecology. They should rally strength and pursue initiatives with excellent work styles, providing a strong guarantee for further comprehensively deepening reforms and advancing Chinese-style modernization.
