South Africa Communist Party Workshop 2024 held in CELAJ

From April 24th to 27th, General Secretary of the South African Communist Party, Solly Mapaila, led a delegation from the South African Communist Party to visit and study at the academy. During their visit, they were received by Wu Zhongqiong, Deputy Secretary of the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee and First Vice President of the academy, along with Ke Hua, Vice President of the academy, and relevant comrades from the International Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.

 

Throughout the study visit, the academy arranged various activities such as thematic lectures, interviewing the offspring of revolutionaries, on-site visits, and interactive exchanges to introduce the important thoughts of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the Party's self-reform and the unified front policy of the Communist Party of China. They also conducted in-depth investigations into the new practices of rural revitalization in Jiangxi Province, experiencing firsthand the great achievements of high-quality economic and social development guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, especially in rural revitalization.


The participants of the workshop expressed their gratitude for the warm reception from the International Department of the Central Committee of the CPC, Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee of the CPC, and the thoughtful arrangements made by CELAJ. They were deeply impressed by the remarkable achievements of the older generation of proletarian revolutionaries such as Mao Zedong, who led the Chinese people to overcome all difficulties and sacrifices to achieve national independence and liberation. They also admired the great achievements made by the Communist Party of China in leading the Chinese people in the new era. They expressed their hope to learn more from the experiences and wisdom of the development and construction of the Communist Party of China and expressed confidence in the future exchanges, cooperation, and progress between the two countries of China and South Africa and between the South Africa Communist Party and the Communist Party of China.
