中招国际招标有限公司江西分公司受中国井冈山干部学院的委托将就下述货物或服务实施采购，为保证采购文件的公平、公正，现公开征求意见。
1.项目名称：中国井冈山干部学院2024-2026年度包厨服务项目
2.征求意见内容：详见技术与服务需求。
3.文件获取时间及办法：即日起至意见递交截止时间止，符合条件的供应商可在中国政府采购网免费下载技术与服务需求征求意见书。
4.回复意见格式：请按照附件中修改建议书格式回复意见。
5.回复意见方式：将建议书相关材料以电子邮件方式发至luohuijing@cntcitc.com.cn ；邮件主题：xx公司(公司名称)对xxx项目（项目名称）的修改建议。
邮件附件须包含以下材料：
（1）加盖公章的修改建议书pdf扫描件；
（2）修改建议书电子版（doc、wps等格式，内容须与扫描件一致）。

7.合格的修改意见和建议书要求
（1）针对技术和需求内容提出异议和建议的，需明确有异议的需求书内容所在页次和行数，并说明提出异议的理由和依据。
（2）潜在投标人须在书面材料上加盖单位公章，经法定代表人签字盖章。由授权委托人签字盖章的，须出具针对该项目的法人授权委托书、授权委托人的身份证复印件和联系电话，同时附企业营业执照复印件（加盖单位公章）。
（3）对逾期送达或未按照本公告要求提交修改建议书书面意见的，将不予接受。
