On Mar. 20th, Li Yuanchao, member of the Politburo of CCCPC, Secretariat of CCCPC and head of the Organization Department of CCCPC, Chairman of the Board CELAP, CELAJ and CELAY, presided over the sixth jointing conference by the board in the three academies and made an important speech after opening ceremony of 2010 spring semester. At the conference, Wang Ercheng, deputy head of the Organization Department of CCCPC, deputy Chairman of the Board CELAP, CELAJ and CELAY introduced the general situation and work of the board during the five years since the three academies were founded. He listened to report about the five-year development of the three academies made by first vice presidents of the academies. He also participated in the discussion on issues about the board and gave high praise to the brand class, classic courses, celebrated teachers and excellent administrators.

Li Yuanchao required the three academies to follow General Secretary Hu Jintao’s instruction of exploring an innovative way by linking with reality and pursuing effectiveness by enhancing training. He advised the academies to tightly integrate the need of cadre team building with their own advantages, develop courses with uniqueness, establish teaching group with special skills in order to cultivate unique atmosphere highly praised by others. They should especially take the party spirit training as priority to make specific brand of leadership education in China.

Members and representatives of the board attended this conference. Wang Xiankui, deputy secretary of CPC of Jiangxi Committee, vice Chairman of the board and first vice-president of CELAJ reported on the work of the academy in the past five years. Li Xiaosan, chairman of the board and executive vice-president of CELAJ also attended this conference.
