Activities Held in CELAJ, Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of International Women's Day |
To celebrate the 100th Anniversary of International Women's Day, a forum themed Make CELAJ a Model of Good Study Style with Innovation was held in CELAJ on the morning of March 8th. Zhou Jintang, Vice Dean and Secretary of the Party Committee of CELAJ, attended the forum and made a speech. The greetings from Li Xiaosan (Deputy Dean of CELAJ), who was attending the CPPCC National Committee in Beijing, were extended to all the female faculty of CELAP. The guidelines and decisions formed in the 2010 meeting for female faculty of organs directly under the leadership of Jiangxi Province were also communicated. All representatives delivered speeches. Zhou Jintang encouraged the female staffs to word hard, improve themselves all-roundly and make their contributions in the Year of Cultivating Good Study Style. She encouraged female staffs to play unique and innovative role in building the harmonious CELAJ.
Studies and discussions on the speech made by President Hu Jintao in the 100th Anniversary of International Women's Day Conference were organized by Committee for Women. Various activities were conducted, namely Happy Life and Bright Mood, Learn from Female Red Army Soldiers, Be Intellectual Women and Check-up against Breast Cancer and Cervical Cancer.
