In line with the “Program of CELAJ in Its Functional Distribution, Internal Bodies and Size of Staffs” (the 14th Document of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee ) , the Department of International Exchanges and Program Development is in charge of enrolling trainees for commissioned training and international cooperation. All the staff members from the Department of International Exchanges and Program Developing have fulfilled the assignments given by the Executive Committee in high standard and high quality under the guidance of the directing vice president, and the leadership of the Director-General, making its due contribution to the promotion of CELAJ’s characteristics and the improvement of its comprehensive benefits.
The training and development program, sticking to the principle of “unconditional guarantee of major classes and giving priority to the Board members” and following the thought of “ensuring key projects and considering others at the same time”, has successfully ensured the training quality. By maintaining an appropriate scale and taking all factors into account, CELAJ, from March, 2005 to the end of 2007, had offered 136 commissioned training programs, with 6315 trainees having been trained, including the Party and government leaders, mid- and senior-level enterprise managers, professionals and technicians, military leadership, etc. In short, it plays a leading role in leadership training and has won favorable compliments from the trainees and the commissioning units.
CELAJ will constantly review our experience, strengthen our software and hardware construction, and improve our training quality. We earnestly welcome other training organizations, friendly political parties (or groups), and enterprises at home and abroad to cooperate with us.
