Through nearly five years’ practices, China’s Executive Leadership Academy Jinggangshan has got continuously improved in running a school and the social response is getting better, meanwhile bodies that commissioned the academy to hold training classes has increased day by day. According to incomplete statistics, the requirements to run training programs yet failing to be arranged include 83 terms with a total of 4757 people in 2007, 113 terms with a total of 5742 people and 74 terms with a total of 4097 people from the beginning of spring semester to the end of June in 2009.

　　The academy makes an advisable allotment of training resources and tries its best to meet the needs of various circles of society in accordance with the idea of “guaranteeing an appropriate scale, giving priority to the key point, giving attention to the average students, ensuring quality and enhancing efficiency”. The commissioning bodies and trainees expressed extensive satisfaction toward the academy’s work of teaching, management and protection. At the same time, the academy, through practicing commissions, has perfected the system, trained the team and guaranteed the training scale and the unification of quality and efficiency.
